I am not doing super good this week with the eating healthy. Today with my headache, I ran through Burger King for dinner. I got a chicken sandwich with fries and a diet coke. I haven't done this in a bit but I just couldn't heat up or cook anything today. I am heading back to bed soon. I think today is a almost sleep all day day.
Kathy is coming to town tomorrow. I can't wait to see her. I hope my head behaves tomorrow. Usually, the head isn't bad 3 days in a row. I will be able to rest until it is time to pick her up. I miss her. thank goodness for the phone. We talk quiet often. We also email back and forth.
I hope to do a bit better next week.
